DRH Fine Gifts uses Paypal & Google Checkout to process your credit card payments. Our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
software, which encrypts information you input for safe, secure shopping.
Please use the online order process for fastest order
fulfillment.
Placing an Order By Mail
If you prefer not to place your order over the internet,
please use the mail-in order
form for orders by check or money order. You may also use the
form to mail in your order by credit/debit card.
Placing an Order By Mail with Shipment
Notification
If you wish to be able to track your mail-order purchase history
& track your shipment, please follow these directions:
Proceed by adding your favorite fragrances into your shopping
cart. Continue until you are prompted to create an account. Once you complete
creating your account, you will be directed to a page which will list the
products you have purchased and your address. Choose payment option
"Check/Money Order". This will allow our system to notify you of your
shipment and track your purchase history as well as hold your item(s) for
shipment. You may then print out your order confirmation and mail it with
your payment to:

Please note that manual orders may take more time for
processing.
Shipping Rates - USA Deliveries
Shipping is $6.95 per order for deliveries within the USA
(including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO).
Shipping is FREE for US orders over $75.00 before
applicable taxes.
Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 1-3 business
days after order placement by either UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or DHL if within
USA. Please allow 5-10 business days for receipt of order, as shipping by
UPS Ground usually takes up to 5 business days AFTER we have processed the
order for shipment. UPS does not ship on weekends and holidays. This means
that an order placed Friday could possibly ship on Tuesday or Wednesday of the
following week.
Occasionally an order may be delayed to a temporary backorder. We
receive shipments several times a week. If your item(s) are temporarily
out of stock, we may delay the order until the next shipment arrives.
Shipping Rates - Orders Shipped Outside USA
Orders placed outside USA are shipped via UPS, where permitting.
Please allow 10-20 business days for receipt of order, as customs policies in
your country may delay the shipment. Orders shipping outside of the USA
take several days to process before shipping due to the extra documentation
needed for customs.

If your country is not listed, please contact our customer service department
via email to arrange delivery.
*Please note, Customs policies vary from
country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are
enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance
must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

Return
Policy
In order to return merchandise, you must
obtain an RMA number from our customer service department.
You
may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its
original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days
of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift
wrapping charges.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not
returned in its original condition and packaging.
Any shipping cost you
incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is
non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made
an error.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare
items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.
We require the following information to process your
return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to
process your return.
- RMA number
- Full name and address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Packing slip
- Original Order Confirmation Number
- Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be shipped back to drhFineGifts.com using a
trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)
Any package
that has not been received by drhFineGifts.com and tracking information cannot
be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
**Please
allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.
If your
package is returned to drhFineGifts.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or
"undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately
need to charge a $5.95 re-shipping fee.
Cancel Your
Order
Since we use automated order processing and
warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been
submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact a Customer Care
