We think there are a few things you should know about internet pricing and our price matching policy. The prices listed for our items are fair and are based on the lowest possible profit margin we can offer. On occasion, some of our competitors will be overstocked on a certain item, or may be removing that item from their inventory. When they reduce prices on those items, they may be publishing a lower price than ours. Just let us know who has the item and where we can go to confirm their price. We will match it if they actually have the item in stock and available for sale. Please understand that we can't match a price they had last week, or at Christmas time. It must be their current advertised price.
When you find prices lower than those on DRH Fine Gifts, you need to look carefully at the "price at your doorstep". Many online retailers will offer slightly lower prices, but also levy "handling charges" or use gigantic markups on the actual UPS shipping cost. When we price match, we promise to match their "price at your doorsteps". We can't match a price of a vendor that artificially lowers their retail price by several dollars, then makes it up with the levy of a "handling charge" or inflated shipping charge. The item must be the exact same product. Testers and "Unboxed" items are often much cheaper than "retail box" products. We will match comparable products only - in other words, if our product is in retail box, we will only price match to items in retail box only, not tester or "unboxed" prices.
We cannot match auction prices such as those listed on Ebay and other auction sites. We will, however, match "buy it now" prices. The item listed must be the exact same product and in the same condition (brand new, never opened) such as our products. Again, we will include the advertised shipping cost and any additional shipping & handling fees as included on the vendor's listing.
NOTE: We reserve the right to *Not* match or beat a competitor's price if their price is so ridiculously low, that we make little or no profit on the transaction.

If you find a product listed at a lower price, please send an email to sales@drhfinegifts.com with the competitor's website address, the product description including if for men or women, size, and type (EDP, EDT, Cologne, etc.) and the current price listing. Be sure to include the shipping & handling charges to be applied to the competitor's price. If possible, please include a hyperlink to the product on the competitor's website.
We will issue you a gift voucher for difference in price which can only be applied towards the purchase of the item for the price match guarantee.
** Online prices from other sellers sometimes include "shipping and handling" charges in addition to the standard shipping. This is a scheme to inflate the price above what is actually advertised. When we price match at DRH Fine Gifts, we will include their "shipping and handling" charges to determine their actual retail price.
